Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

Shop Overview:
First, we sincerely thank you for your participation in this important project. For this endeavor, you are tasked with capturing screen images from your current home or auto insurance claim. You must have an active claim filed in the last 9 months with the insurance company assigned.

You will take about 10-15 total screenshots for your assigned collection method. You will know which shop corresponds to which type by the details above.

Notes:
  • Shop must be performed through the mobile app for the listed insurance company on your cell phone  (Android users please note: Android has a security feature that prevents taking screenshots of banking or other personal information. If you are able to take screenshots of your insurance information, you can proceed with performing this shop. If you cannot take screenshots of insurance claim information with your cell phone, you cannot perform this shop and should notify scheduler to unassign.)

  • If using an iphone, you must use an IPhone 6 or higher.

  • You do not need to provide us with any personal information. We just need you to be able to log in to show us the different pages. Feel free to black out any personal or account information you do not feel comfortable sharing in images.

  • This shop requires you to use the screenshot function on your mobile device. You must be able to capture, save, then upload all required images into the report. You may not take pictures of your screen with a second camera.

  • Please make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the app before you proceed, as we need images from the latest version.
