Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

1.   Enter the vestibule and approach the kiosk.
2.   Wait 30 seconds in front of kiosk to see if remote assistance is
      activated.
3.   Take a photo of the kiosk after the 30 second wait.

🚪 If the vestibule (lobby) is accessible, go inside. If it's locked, take a photo of yourself pulling on the handle and then leave.
