Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

🗓️The due date for the shop is the date the initial (recorded) phone call must be made by. The onsite visit can occur shortly thereafter. If you need the due date extended, please reach out.

Shop overview
For this shop, the client requires that you call the community and then visit in person for a tour. You must complete the shop alone and speak with the same leasing agent for both the phone inquiry and the on-site visit. During the call, ask about availability and pricing, and during the visit, tour the community and the model unit while evaluating the full leasing experience. Your scenario must stay consistent throughout this shop, including your move timeframe, apartment size, budget, number of occupants, and pet status.

Shop details
The client requires that you research the property in advance and be prepared to use your real contact information and show ID if asked. You should present yourself as planning to move within 60-90 days and as someone comparing multiple communities. During the onsite visit, dress conservatively, act genuinely interested, and raise one non-price-related concern about the property. Do not say the apartment is out of your price range. Wait until the end to say you need time to think about it or that you are still looking. After the visit, you must monitor for follow-up contact, including a phone call within 24 hours and an email within 72 hours.

Required photos
1) A photo of the community sign upon arrival. 
2) An overall exterior photo taken upon arrival.
3) A photo of the leasing office, as long as you are not identified. 
4) A business card from the associate.

The shop survey must be updated/saved as you proceed through the shop. For example, by the due date, the telephone portion of the survey must be completed; on the day of the onsite visit, all onsite visit elements of the survey must be completed. You will submit the shop once the follow-up periods pass. 

Please apply directly via the job board if you are interested. Please do not apply if you cannot complete the recorded telephone portion of the shop by the due date. You can complete one shop for this client per quarter. The current quarter runs July 1st through September 30th. You cannot have shopped the same location within the past 365 days (for any mystery shopping company).
