Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

🔑 Complete a Real Onsite Rental Experience

For this shop, you will visit an Extra Space Storage location and complete an onsite rental experience from the perspective of a real customer. This assignment gives you the opportunity to evaluate the location, staff interaction, rental process, and overall customer experience.

📋 Shop Overview

This shop requires the purchase of a rental unit. You will cancel the rental after evaluating the location, and the guidelines include instructions on how to do this. Children are not allowed for this shop. All visits must take place during regular business hours, and you should arrive at least one hour before closing. Be sure to check the website of your assigned location for specific hours.

✅ Important Shop Requirements

  • If the location is appointment only, you must decline the appointment and walk in without prior notice.
  • If no employee is in the office when you arrive, call the location number, wait 30 minutes for them to return, and take a photo of the location.
  • Please decline the insurance offer on your unit rental.
  • You must request a refund on the same day as your rental and identify yourself as a shopper.
  • You will need a driver’s license and a debit or credit card for this shop, and you must use your real identity.
  • Be prepared with a scenario in case you are asked what items you will be storing.
