Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

SHOP OVERVIEW:
For this shop, you will be completing a recorded call to an apartment community using the number we provide in the survey. The 1-888 number to use can be found in the "telephone technique" section of the survey. Please research the community online before your shop and determine what size of an apartment is at the community. You will be assessing the leasing agent’s ability to “sell” the apartment community and the apartment you look at. THIS SHOP WILL BE VIDEO RECORDED. You MUST view an apartment and the community amenities. . When visiting this community, please allow for at least 40 minutes overall for your visit. These are NON-TARGETED shops.


You must use proper recording equipment such as a PV500 or a pen camera. Phones are not allowed. Pen cameras or other types of hidden cameras are allowed. We can't recommend any specific products, however, please make sure your equipment has the following:

At least 64 gigs

At least 720p

At least a 2 hour battery

Must have a microphone to record audio

Must be mp4 video format compatible
