Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

🎯 Shop Overview

Evaluate the guest experience at an Altitude trampoline park by visiting with at least one child ages 3 to 15. You must book your jump time and purchase tickets AT THE PARK, purchase Altitude jumping socks, book at least one hour of jump time, and buy one concession item. During your visit, observe employee interactions, cleanliness, safety, and overall park maintenance.

  • Take a photo of both the entrance receipt and the concessions receipt.
  • Photograph any cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns you notice.
  • A concessions purchase is required.
  • Be sure to check the restroom before leaving.
  • You must book your jump time and buy tickets AT THE PARK.
