Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

Shop Overview:
Dine in at a Bob Evans location with one guest and evaluate your experience as a regular customer. Follow simple observation steps, take required photos, and complete an online survey afterward.

What You’ll Do:
- Visit during your assigned dining time (lunch, dinner, or your
   choice—see shop log/comments to confirm).
- Order 2 non-water beverages and 2 entrées (one per
   person); optional appetizer, biscuits, or dessert (within $38
   max reimbursement. 
- Observe service, cleanliness, and staff interactions.
- Pay at the cashier and note the checkout interaction.
- Must pay with CARD ONLY - no cash allowed, not even for tip!

Required Photos:
- Exterior of the restaurant (before entering)
- Interior showing both bakery and retail sections
- All food and beverages ordered (2 non-water drinks and 2
   entrées required)
- Itemized receipt (showing all ordered items)
- Totaled receipt after credit card payment (show total + tip)
- Optional if ordered: biscuits, appetizer, dessert

Timing to Track:
- Exact time you enter the restaurant
- Exact time you leave
- Whether key interactions happen promptly, including greeting
   at arrival, server greeting after seating, and food arrival after
   ordering

Important Notes:
- Card for payment – DO NOT USE CASH; NOT EVEN TIPS
- Act like a normal guest—do not mention mystery shopping or
   bring shop paperwork.
- Review shop guidelines, comments, and report before your
   visit.
- No shops allowed on major holidays (Thanksgiving,
   Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s
   Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day). Contact your
   scheduler if assigned on one of these dates.
