Attention Shoppers!

Password Change Required. The SASSIE platform has updated the security of SASSIE and updates have been made to password requirements. This change is designed to have minimal impact on existing users. Your password is now required to have a minimum number of characters, which is going from 8 to 12.

Troubles with logging in or submitting a report?

If you use the Chrome web browser and are experiencing any issues logging into your shop log, please try clearing your cache, and/or try another internet browser. Some shoppers have reported issues with navigating the site when using Chrome, and the issue appears to be isolated to that browser. If clearing yoru cache does not solve your issues, we recommend "Firefox".

Before Your Visit

Plan to spend approximately 40 minutes in the boutique. Research your preferred luxury watch brand beforehand and become familiar with the model you'd like to discuss.

Browse Watches of Switzerland before your visit to become comfortable discussing your chosen timepiece.

Shop Requirements

  • Capture all required photos.
  • Obtain the Sales Professional's name.
  • Collect a business card.
  • Act like a knowledgeable luxury watch shopper.
  • Record any follow-up email, text, or phone call received.
